Cloud as a foundation for growth
Cloud is not a goal in itself. It is the foundation of modern software. A stable, scalable and secure base on which your SaaS solution can grow – without infrastructure holding you back.
Whether you are developing a new platform or modernizing an existing application: a well-designed cloud architecture determines your agility, performance and cost control.
Cloud is more than moving servers. It is about making smart architectural choices: scalability per component, secure access, performance optimization and clear separation of responsibilities.
By building within the Azure ecosystem, an environment is created where applications run reliably, remain easy to extend and are ready for future developments.
America, local or Europe?
Microsoft Azure offers everything you can imagine in the cloud: website hosting, databases, storage, AI and thousands of other (micro-)services.
Azure provides datacenters within Europe, which helps meet strict privacy and compliance requirements. This is essential for sectors where data protection is critical. And if you want to go one step further, Azure is also available On Premise (on your own hardware).
Additionally, there is OVH Cloud, a solid (French) alternative with datacenters in Europe, offering additional flexibility and freedom of choice for organizations that want to keep their data within European borders.
For organizations that want to reduce dependency on American technology and legislation, OVH Cloud can be an interesting option. We are happy to think with you about Azure or OVH.
Efficient cloud solutions
Costs rarely get out of control because of the cloud solution itself. They usually increase due to design flaws. A poorly designed data model, unnecessary database calls, inefficient processes or data storage lead to structurally increasing monthly costs.
This is not always immediately visible. Initially, expenses may seem reasonable. But as user numbers grow or data increases, costs can rise disproportionately with the wrong architecture.
Good design means: logically structured data, efficient code, well-considered storage choices and insight into usage.
Scalable, but also affordable
In environments such as Azure, applications can automatically scale when more users are temporarily active at the same time. Additional capacity is automatically added so performance remains stable.
But just as important is this: when demand decreases, the system automatically scales down again. You do not structurally pay for peak capacity that is only temporarily needed.
This is the best of both worlds. Performance when needed, efficiency when possible. This makes a cloud solution not only scalable, but also affordable.
